Lull Telehandlers
Ever since the year 1959, Lull has been making telehandlers. Their equipment have been made for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This particular system provides much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer various optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you complete your requirements, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. If both accuracy and precision are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been designed and developed to be able to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to place materials in a more precise manner. The articulating booms or booms come with 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures in order to position loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New attachments and products are being made and engineered all the time and would debut in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, some improvements have been made. Like for instance, load-reach management devices can automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled as opposed to relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the boom's extension and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is an important lock-up device or a warning system that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
